Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Destination Manager will work as part of the Jet2holidays Overseas Management Team and be responsible for the planning, performance and service delivery of Jet2holidays across the destination. As part of the Overseas Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of a large team and service delivery of Jet2holidays across Fuerteventura, assisting our local agents in line with our agreed service levels, operations and ensuring that company policies, procedures and values are followed at all times.
