• Planning and development of the hotel’s recreational program; including sports activities, leisure activities and evening’s entertainment. • Ensure that all programs and activities are implemented according to relevant legislation, policies and procedures • Ensure that recreation facilities are operated and maintained effectively and all activities are conducted safely. • Recruit, train and oversee the attendants and monitors in their daily work. • Schedule staff, activities and facilities as required • Supervise and lead activities. • Manage contracts associated with evening entertainment, such as live music and/or shows.
