- Manage all security issues in Spain in accordance to the client’s Policies and Procedures.
- Manage all security services in the area of responsibility together with the client’s suppliers.
- Setting standards for Patrol Services and Alarm Response.
- Implementation and supervision of security services and quality inspections.
- Improvement of all security services and suppliers.
- Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Investigation and resolution of events and issues.
- Business Continuity Management Plan responsibility.
- Responsibility for implementing all policies, procedures, documentation and administration.
- Train, manage and appraise security personnel ensuring enhancement of the security services delivered.
- Work in conjunction with other security departments to ensure integration of Operations and Security Operations Centres within the EMEA region.
- Support Systems Project Management - Service, Technical and Installation.
- Supporting Contact person for Emergency and Security Services.
- Oversee the operational management on behalf of the client for the manned guarding teams in Spain.
- Responsible for overseeing all Securitas services.
- Provide support for GPS events as and when required.
