We are looking to recruit an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in our hotel Radisson Blu Resort Gran Canaria. The overall responsibility is the creation and maintenance of a Buffet Area for Breakfast and Dinner and some days a la carte Restaurant for Dinner, which is adapted to the needs of the guests and will lead to guest satisfaction.
He/she will be responsible for:
A kitchen brigade of 18 cooks.
Recruitment and training of the kitchen staff
Close cooperation with the restaurant responsible to ensure a smooth and efficient service for the guests
In charge for odering and purchasing all food items, Menu Costing and Kitchen profitability.
The following areas are under his Supervision: Buffet Restaurant (Breakfast and Dinner) / A la carte restaurant (Dinner), Pool Bar, Room Service
