If so, you could be the ideal Senior Overseas Rep for our Jet2holidays Team in Lanzarote!

Reporting to our in Resort Management Team, the Senior Overseas Rep will be responsible for leading and motivating a small Team of Overseas Reps.

You and your team will deliver exceptionally friendly customer service from being present at the airport, to visiting our guests at their hotels, ensuring we create excellent memories of their holiday, so they come back to us time and time again.

You will also be the team's first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our local agents and colleagues to help deliver a VIP service for our customers. Representing our Jet2holidays' values at all times whether this be face to face, email, over the phone or via social media is also key to the success of this role.

If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers' holiday experience whilst working as one Team, then this is the perfect role for you.

Already living in Lanzarote, you'll know the island inside out and speak Spanish confidently, as well as being fluent in English.

To be successful in this role you will already be a driver with your own transport.
