After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we have a great opportunity for a Resort Flight Check In Manager to join our Resort Flight Check-In Teams in Lanzarote.
Reporting to the Area Manager – Jet2holidays, the Resort Flight Check In Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the Customer baggage and flight check-in process between Resort and the Airport in accordance with Company Policy and relevant legislation.
Leading the customer facing Resort Flight Check-In Teams and Drivers/baggage transfer from Resort to the Airport, this high profile role is responsible for On Time performance, the delivery of a VIP Customer service and the management of our safety first culture. The Resort Flight Check In Manager will also be responsible for maintaining IT equipment. Working on a shift basis Monday to Sunday, this is a varied and fulfilling role with significant Colleague and operational responsibility.
