If so, you could be the ideal Airport Team Leader for our Jet2holidays Team at Arrecife Airport!

Reporting into the Destination Manager, the Airport Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Airport based Reps to deliver VIP customer service at all times.

You will plan your Reps rosters to ensure they are on hand at the airport to ensure our customers safe and efficient transfer to their resort on arrival and at the end of their holiday, greet our customers as they arrive safely back at the airport to return to the UK to book with us time and time again.

You will also be the team's first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our transfer agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery. Representing our Jet2holidays' values at all times whether this be face to face, email, over the phone or via social media is also key to the success of this role.

If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers' holiday experience whilst working as One Team, then this is the perfect role for you.

Already living in Lanzarote, or willing to relocate, you'll know the area inside out and ideally speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English.

To be successful in this role you will have previous team leadership experience, ideally gained within the Airline or Tour Operator Industries.
