Reporting to the Head of Spain & Portugal, the Regional Manager is responsible for the overall operation in Las Palmas, Arrecife & Fuerteventura, ensuring the safe and efficient ground handling operations in accordance with Company policy and legislation. This will be achieved through managing a team of Jet2.com colleagues, third party suppliers and airport operators and working together to deliver first class customer service. This is a year round permanent position.
In this exciting and challenging role through inspirational leadership, you will drive your Teams to ensure you deliver on Jet2.com standards for Safety, Customer Service, Cost Management, and Ancillary Revenues across all 3 stations. Managing the station budgets, you will also ensure that monthly targets are achieved or exceeded via cost efficiencies. In addition, as Regional Manager you will look after all aspects of people management including recruitment, training and development.
The successful candidate must have previous aviation experience will be fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) and have proven experience of successfully leading and managing multiple teams. A genuine passion for delivering a first class friendly customer service is essential for success in this role. A good working knowledge of MS Office products. With the enthusiasm and flexibility required to take on a role which covers a 7 day a week operation.
