Under the general guidance of the Food & Drinks Manager/Restaurant Manager the ideal candidate will maximize guest satisfaction and F&D profitability by managing the A La Carte Filini restaurant along with its lounge-bar, leading and developing the Service Team, execute F&D marketing and sales strategies in line with the hotel’s guidelines and business plan, the departmental business plan as well as the Carlson Rezidor corporate guidelines and service concepts.
