Radisson Blu Mogan, is a five star, family friendly resort featuring 390 spacious rooms (some interconnecting) and 32 modern suites. 2 restaurants, 3 bars, 2 swimming pools, a childrens pool, fitness center and spa. It also includes a multi-purpose entertainment room, kids club, sports courts and running track, rock climbing wall. Located in the islands "Little Venice". Puerto de Mogan is approximately 50 kms South from the islands main airport and offers a very mild climate all year. The port is a wonderful place to enjoy a walk, good food and a day at the beach.
We are looking to recruit an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The overall responsibility is the creation and maintenance of a Menu, which is adapted to the needs of the guests and will lead to guest satisfaction
He/she will be responsible for:
• A kitchen brigade
• Recruitment and training of the kitchen staff
• Close cooperation with the F&D Manager and Director of Operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service for the guests
• In charge for odering and purchasing all food items, Menu Costing and Kitchen profitability.
• Reports to F&D Manager
