We are currently looking for a dynamic Executive Housekeeper responsible for the management of all operations and employees within the Housekeeping Department to obtain the highest standard of cleanliness and to provide efficient, prompt, courteous and proactive service to achieve 100% guest satisfaction, especially during the opening period •To maintain at all times the highest quality of cleanliness and service •Co-ordinates availability of rooms with FOM •Supervises the daily activities of the Housekeeping staff •Conducts daily and random inspections of the Hotel, all housekeeping areas and follows up when necessary •Controls and analyses departmental costs on an ongoing basis •Is fully conversant in all Housekeeping policies and procedures •Provides training to all Housekeeping staff •Purchases equipment, uniforms and cleaning materials
