Requisitos: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications, experience and skills: Languages - Excellent Level of Dutch and English - Good Level of French - Spanish is a plus Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent by experience. Experience - Experience in a customer service environment is desirable Skills - Good analytical skills - Highly organised and confident, showing good initiative - Self motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and able to work under pressure - Organised, able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks - Computer literacy with the ability to learn customer service software applications - Excellent customer service skills: active listening skills, the ability to quickly assess and define technical problems and their causes and recommend solutions. - Hard working and always be willing to go the extra mile - Willing to travel: occasional trips to clients in Spain and to SDP in Belgium for training purposes
