Working as a part of this programme you’ll have the chance to travel to different Zurich offices, operate there for a 14-week period and be a catalyst in driving the company further forward. As a Navigator you’ll look at how you can transform the company with a lean way of working. It’s all about recognising any issues and enforcing changes you see necessary, so that the manager can carry this on once you’ve left. You’ll be in your new office for 14 weeks affecting change and building relationships with new co-workers, and once the 14 weeks is up you’ll move back to your home location and wait for the next location to be confirmed.
