The job: In this challenging position you will give support and coordinate the services supply to customers. You will coordinate the technical execution of orders for the delivery of services. You will also be in charge of purchasing products, which are normally ship parts and materials. You will be responsible for the company's ships in the region of South America. This position is based in the Netherlands, but you will have to travel abroad for short periods of time. Your daily tasks include: Reviewing customer warranty requests. Giving written and verbal advice to customers. Monitoring and supervising the services delivered (occasionally on location). Supporting the (technical) preparation of orders in terms of time, staff and budget. Preparing tenders. Giving support to the Project Manager / Service Manager on site. Handle any changes to customer orders. Who we are looking for: To be successful in this role we require the following requirements: BSc or MSc Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering or similar. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a technical and / or commercial function. Good technical knowledge. Able to plan and organize work. Excellent communication skills and customer focused. Excellent English and Spanish both written and spoken. Willing to travel abroad for weekly periods. Willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
