The leading Barcelona-based real estate company specialized in the sale and rental of exclusive residential properties in Spain to national and international clients is looking for a Property Lounge Receptionist due to our expansion and growth in Barcelona. As a Property Lounge Receptionist, you will be a highly visible professional that serves as the first point of contact for all guests visiting the company. In this role, you will give support to the Rentals, Listings and Sales Teams including the Team Manager. You will be incredibly well organized, flexible, and detailed oriented and you will enjoy the administrative and organizational challenges of supporting a growing team of diverse personalities. Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Answer, screen and forward telephone calls and enquiries from our national and international clients • Make copies, collate, bind, staple and file documents as needed • Update and control national and international properties portals • Introduce, verify and update our database system • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail and courier deliveries for your team in liaison with any event involved
