The Social and Operations Executive, Spain will be responsible for the maintenance of content on Oddschecker's Spanish desktop and mobile products, along with management of the brand's Spanish social media feeds N.B this will include regular weekend and some evening work to fit the Spanish sporting calendar. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain relevant and engaging content on Oddschecker's Spanish desktop and mobile sites by: - updating splashes, - adding/removing markets when required, - uploading site takeovers and sponsorship banners, - adding bookie offers and promotions when supplied by operators, - responding to Spanish customer and bookmaker enquiries. * Work with UK Operations team to learn the Oddschecker content tool, working guidelines etc. * Build relationships with Spanish bookmakers and become point of call for operational needs. * Take ownership of Spanish social media feeds and ensure they are regularly updated with relevant content (prices, offers and promotions, engaging content in real time). * Ensure Oddschecker's Spanish social media output reflects the desired brand values and TOV. * Work with analytical tools and resource to optimise site and social media content.
