Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting 3 Healthcare Assistants to work in an established care home in Ipswich to start as soon as possible. The care home is currently going through expansion and for that reason they need to recruit 3 new healthcare assistants with ideally some previous care home experience. You will be working with a very well established team of healthcare assistants, nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Conditions offered are very competitive, including: -Permanent contract of 44 hours per week with possibility of doing extra hours -Starting salary of £6.75 per hour increasing to £7.20 in April 2016. -Permanent accommodation next to the care home for £85 per week -Fully paid training -Possibility to be promoted to Senior Carer with respective salary increase Succesful candidates will be starting as soon as possible.
