This position is for the Barcelona office where many different nationalities are present. Function Working inside the Financial Accounting department you will be responsible for complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Job Duties: -Review invoices -Respond to vendor inquiries -Reconcile vendor statements -Assist in month end closing Others - Liaising with Procurement team, Vendor master data team as required. - KPIs reporting. - Backup for other countries depending on language.
