As a Recruiter, your responsibilities include: - Managing the full recruitment cycle - Working with the operations team to create a robust recruitment process - Supporting the manager in the selection process - Detection and definition of recruitment requirements - Screening CVs, publishing job offers, managing external recruitment agencies, carrying out phone, Skype and F2F interviews, creating and analysing technical and behavioural tests - Writing recruitment reports
