The Master in Management Program (MiM) is one of the institution’s flagship programs, ranked 7th worldwide by the FT2016. It is a full-time, 10-month program, which can be pursued in English or Spanish. The program is geared towards recent graduates looking for an innovative internationally acclaimed master’s program in management. It enrolls approximately 500 students per year, in two intakes (September and February), from up to 75 nationalities per intake. The Associate Directors are key members of the program management team and report to the Executive Director and Associate Dean of the Master in Management Program (MiM) at IE Business School. This position will co-supervise and manage a team of one MiM Program Advisor as well as six Program Assistants. Key Action Areas: • Responsible for the daily management of the 10-month, fulltime MIM program. • Improvement and management of the corresponding administrative tasks – including but not limited to - student services, daily management of the operations and project management for a number of projects. • Innovate, enhance and develop the program and student experience. • Maintain program policies and its implementation. • Develop and cultivate relationships with IE stakeholders in other departments and areas. • Create clear communication pathways and protect the quality of the MIM program. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the MIM arena worldwide.
