Being the first point of contact for professional clients providing premier customer experience and satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times. B. Assist customers with administrative requests. C. Working to understand and anticipate the needs and expectations of clients D. Ensuring that more complex client issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner E. Management and monitoring of incidents F. Directly responds to customer inquiries when appropriate or routes calls to the appropriate staff to ensure prompt resolution/customer satisfaction. Essential Skills A.
