Requisitos: EXPECTED COMPETENCES Bachelor Degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Labour Relations. Master Degree in a related field, post-graduation not required bad valuable if related with main additional functions. At least 10 years as HR Director in a Multinational Company, with Strong Background in Labour Relations and HR Policies such Training, C&B, Development. Very important be experience building and integrating different cultures and roles in the same Company joined.
