Requisitos: - Industrial Engineer or similar - High skill level in written and spoken English. - Deep knowledge in Continuous Improvement tools such as 6 sigma, 5s, etc. - It will be appreciated any degree or master in Production management or similar studies.. - It will be appreciated any specific training related to Personnel management such us how to solve conflicts, provide and give feedback, team work management, etc… - High background in Office. It will be also appreciated experience in DDBB and advance Excel. The candidate should provide experience at least of 2 years in industrial environments within the Production Department where he/she had performed similar activities as required. It should be necessary to provide experience in working with big teams of workforce working on shifts.
