Requisitos: Qualifications, Training & Experience • Senior quality professional with extensive experience in a complex, multi-national manufacturing or technology organisation • Demonstrated track record of achievements • Degree qualified or equivalent with extensive experience that clearly demonstrates a progressive and proven track record in a senior quality and project leadership role within a high-tech environment • Extensive knowledge of quality management tools, systems and practices, preferably with a 6 Sigma qualification • Operational development experience • Excellent working knowledge of quality best practice • Quality management qualification preferred (Not essential) • Experience of working within a structured and disciplined environment such as ISO 9001, AS9100 • Significant warranty management experience beneficial • Experience in similar role Required Skills and Competencies • Fluent in Spanish and English • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills • Excellent numeric skills and the ability to present complex data in an understandable way • Good presentation skills • Good IT skills • Organisational development skills • Problem solver • Leadership skills • Dedicated, flexible and highly motivated, individual with exceptional communication and relationship building skills • Strong Customer and Supplier facing skills • Methodical and organised approach to work o Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail o Able to work with tight deadlines
