Requisitos: • Excellent communication, organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Good telephone/email manner with focus on customer care.
• Previous experience of carrying out technical support in helpdesk environment is a bonus.
• Eagerness to learn and good logic for problem solving.
• Excellent spoken and written Spanish.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Catalan language skills would also a bonus but is in no way essential
• Ability to work independently and also part of the team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook and Excel.
• At least 1 year experience of Microsoft Server, Clients and Active Directory.
• IIS, Microsoft SQL Server and virtual server experience is a bonus.
• Exposure to Apple MAC, Linux and Novell would be a bonus.
• Good technical experience and skills in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Excellent timekeeping.
