Based in Barcelona, this position will be responsible for : - The day to day interaction with the team - Serve as the single point of contact for all topics of discussion with our client, an international multinational technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products that include online advertising technologies, search, cloud computing, software, and hardware. - Managing the staff, operations and their relationship with the Clients as appropriate for your program - Ensuring that financial and quality targets are achieved according to budget, using standards that are applicable for the business. - Operational delivery (Performance and P&L). - 3 Direct reports (Team leaders and Trainers)
