- Execute the department production funnel plan review new hotel partners profiles right after the agreement have been signed. Follow up all the steps until the final product is ready to go online.
- Receive the requests from prospect hotels that wish to collaborate with us and be the person of contact to close the collaboration, following up and providing always accurate, efficient and prompt service.
- Able to work in conjunction with the field sales team in order to maximize revenue opportunities through teamwork, leveraging our presence in the territory when available.
- Acquire a proficiency level of the back office tools with excellent knowledge of the production and uploading processes as well as the tools offered.
- Proficient use of the company CRM system in order.
- Develop and sustain strong partner relationships, by delivering superior consulting services, ensuring regular communication with key partners.
- Secure the loyalty program is deeply understood and correctly executed by the company hotel partners.
- Provide training and customer centric service at any time a hotel partner may required it.
- Secure inventory through ongoing account management.
- Participating through consistent feedback to the implementation of specific destination strategy, with destinations deep analysis and identifying top sellers.
- Work with the Head of Account Management to ensure the quality and results of your destinations portfolio.
- Elaborate action plan to improve results for properties that are not executing the program efficiently.
- Be familiar with your main destinations KPIs and with the monthly targets to achieve.
- Meet regularly with the Sales Team to highlight product needs.
- Meet regularly with the Marketing team to improve your territorys results.
- Ensure that the destination establishments portfolio is always up to date.
- Attend departmental team meetings and share best practice with the rest of Account Managers.
- Report immediately to the Head of Account Management any problems or unusual incidences with the website, Extranet or Salesforce.
- Other reasonable duties or tasks as assigned.
