Role • Completion of daily and weekly cash books & management of cash controls – preparation, consolidation, maintenance and analysis. • Financial reporting • Planning and performing operational and financial audits • Investigation of any errors or discrepancies in cash control reporting • Administration of sales & purchase ledgers including credit control and preparation of payment runs • Cash flow forecasting & management • Main point of contact for Spanish accountancy & authorities • Providing general administrative support • Local HR responsibilities including the issue of employment contracts, etc.
