Tourist Apartment Rental Agency is looking to fill the position of Area Manager in the Malaga region. Our Head Office is in Barcelona and our main focus is apartments in mainland Spain, France and Italy. We also have apartments in many other major cities in Europe. We are developing our business in Malaga and will be opening an office in July. We need a reliable, motivated and enthusiastic manager to open this office and begin to develop contacts with owners to capture properties, single units and buildings; Actively search for properties/targeting potential owners; View properties and negotiate contracts; Explain Friendly Rentals philosophy and concept; Prepare (with help from Barcelona) Business Plans for potential owners and presenting these to prospective owners; Prepare contracts for owners; Contact with local providers - interior designers, maintenance, housekeeping, etc.; Contract staff as business develops as well as setting training programs for them; Willingness to assume the daily tasks of:- coordination of cleaning and maintenance, 24 hour emergency contact during the development/growth of the area as well as coordinate check ins and check out. All of the above with support and guidance from Head Office.
