Your mission
Your main goal as an Area Manager will be to develop an effective business plan to increase sales in the Belgium market, which includes hotels in different regions of this country.
One of your most important tasks will be to negotiate and create a wide variety of competitive and attractive packages with the hotels of your portfolio. You will report directly to your Team Leader about your results in your region.
•Responsible for a portfolio of around 200 hotels, in direct charge of the sales.
•Establish fruitful business relationships with the hotels in order to get the best competitive offers for our customers.
•Propose and implement actions and campaigns to react as fast as possible when sales are not aligned with budget or are decreasing
•Market analysis as well as weekly and monthly reports for proper monitoring of sales and revenue
•In charge of ensuring positive KPI’s including our prices vs competitors, availability and number of offers.
•Negotiate specials and original and competitive getaways for our customers throughout the year and for specific marketing operations
