Descripción
Multinational business needs an Assistant to attend the local marketing, sales and medical teams to organising the local or/and international events:
• Organisation, Planning, Management and Local and International events;
• Opening Preliminary Assessment from different providers;
• Follow up the approval process from Medical Department and Compliance Department;
• Confirmation and monitoring of National and International participation for employees and external clients;
• Request for Proposals / Budget: Travel Agency;
• Link with Procurement;
• Link with the Travel Agency: Airline Tickets - Hotel / breaks, - Registration – Transfers;
• Exploration of Space (Venue / Location Stand) and assessing the needs of decoration / logistics (stands, signage, etc.);
• Budget control;
• Analysis of Proposals and Budget Negotiation - Preparation of Comparative Map - Preparation of Purchase Order - Confirmation / Allocation to Area / Hotel;
• Follow up during the event to ensure satisfaction and quality.
