• Initiate warm guest contact with guests entering the hotel.
• Performs all Mandarin Oriental standards in accordance with Legendary Quality Experience.
• Proactively approaches guests needing assistance.
• Assist guest with directions.
• Delivers luggage to the guest room within 8 minutes.
• Be familiar with the entire room product including IT&T equipment.
• Be familiar with all hotel services including Spa and dining facilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly in room features that are most appropriate to the needs of the guest.
• Deliver messages, packages and facsimiles within 15 minutes of receipt.
• Actively listen and communicate specific guest requests accurately to all relevant departments to ensure complete follow up.
• Deliver newspapers and Overnight Shoes to all guest rooms prior to 6 am.
• Remove luggage from guest rooms upon check out.
• Offer guests an attentive farewell, which will not ends until the vehicle, (limo, taxi) has pulled away from the curb.
• Utilize all Rapid Response systems appropriately.
• Other duties as deemed appropriate by the Management of the Hotel.
