Job Description To offer an excellent customer service in all transactions having as main objective the sale of the products and services in scope, adapting to the client needs of all customers and prospective customers. Responsabilities Ensure that all customer and client transactions are executed with good quality. Give information to prospective customers regarding the reference product with the objective of guaranteeing a telephone sale on the first call, if possible. Ensure that all client contacts are handled in an efficient and effective way, while also being focused on client needs. Ensure that all issues and complaint are identified, registered and effectively addressed. Achieve and maintain the objective sales ratio. Offer new products and services to clients, according to their needs and requeriments and aligned with the Company´s clients. Offer a high quality service according to the established processes and procedures. Know and respect all regulations regarding execution, sales and competence, as well as all responsabilities.
