We are looking for a Billing specialist for our client, a leader in language technology software. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position and a high level of English are mandatory for this vacancy. As a Billing Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department and report directly to the Billing Manager. Your main functions will be: -To manage, control and analyze the Language Solutions division´s revenue invoicing -Receive and check the billing information provided by the Client Billing team and Atlas system, process deals in system, accurately issue final invoices according with fiscal and billing regulations, timely sending to the relevant contacts -Billing queries and disputes resolution coming from internal and external customers -Safe storage of invoices in compliance with fiscal and billing regulations -Issue correcting invoices when required and send to customers -Checking correct posting on the accounting system -Elaborate billing reports and statistics for the Billing Manager and Sales departments -Liaison with other Company´s areas to ensure process flow and participate in invoicing enhancement projects
