I’m gonna make you a burger you can’t refuse! We are looking for Burger Chefs at The Butcher in IBIZA Town (opening soon!) THE BUTCHER, created by serial entrepreneur Yossi Eliyahoo of The Entourage Group, is a high-end yet casual burger bar. The established food concept brand has several locations in Amsterdam and upcoming venues in Berlin, Ibiza and Milan. True to its metropolitan homes, The Butcher is a full-service concept offering all-day haute fast food. Everything is done with the greatest craftsmanship. The chefs work exclusively with the highest quality Aberdeen Angus beef, yet every single aspect gets the attention it deserves from “the butchers”. From the mix of herbs, the fresh vegetables to the secret sauce and the homemade semi-brioche bread. Job description: The Burger Chef will assist with preparing the signature burgers according to standard and are responsible for making the orders ready. Preparation, production and flipping burgers are your main priority! All these, certainly up to the required standard to eventually ensure total guest satisfaction. You help ordering food as required and ensure that stock is rotated, labelled and stored in compliance with procedures laid out in the H&S manual, so food safety and quality is maintained. Other tasks are attended to developing garnitures, cleaning the workplace, working according the HACCP-method, assisting by the distribution of stocks.
