We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to join our team based in Spain. Main Responsibilities: You will be required to be the first point of contact for customer queries and provide training on products, along with work together with Company's' IT team to develop customised solutions for the customer and lead the delivery at a local level. The ideal candidate will regularly plan customer visits to understand needs to support sales on technical solutions and ensure communication with the line management is clear, allowing the customer to always be represented fairly and accurately.
