Duties of the position:
Adding new customers, from their initial recruitment to the start of their operations.
Supervising the relationship, maintenance and compliance of commercial commitments.
Coordinating with the Customer Support and Product teams so services are adapted to the needs of each customer.
Supervising customer satisfaction levels, changes in consumption and the fulfillment of objectives.
Main goals:
To increase the company's sales.
To attract and activate new customers in Spain as well as in international markets (EU and Latin America).
To activate the consumption of TMC customers (Amex GBT, CWT, VECI and BCD Travel, among others).
To provide customers with support and training so they may be added to the online consumption of the service.
To identify business opportunities in sectors and markets.
Main responsibilities:
To contact prospects in order to present the company's products and services to them.
To identify their travel needs and to quantify their business potential.
To configure each customer's profile in accordance with their needs.
To provide the necessary training and tracking so as to guarantee the customer's inclusion in the regular consumption.
To coordinate with the Product and Customer Support departments so the necessary adjustments are established.
To periodically report the forecasts, operations carried out and results attained.
To identify sales opportunities and to include them in the business development plan.
To quantify the business opportunities of the assigned accounts and to periodically update their results.
To establish a consulting relationship with customers, giving priority to identifying solutions that address their needs.
To participate in marketing activities and to attend events and trade fairs that require the position's involvement.
