As a Business Unit Manager, your responsibilities include:
-Helping your customer accomplish their business and operational objectives
-Leading and coach the Team Leaders to direct the operation based on the agreed KPI's and SLA's
-Working with the Team Leads on continuously improving the quantitative and qualitative operational performance
-Collaborating with various corporate departments such as Quality, Training, WFM, IT, Recruitment etc
-Drawing up action plans to improve processes and procedures and KPI's and SLA's
-Being responsible for the financial performance of the account
-Managing contact with the client, including organizing reviews (monthly and quarterly)
