IZAKAYA Asian Kitchen & Bar, a culinary hotspot that serves contemporary Japanese dishes accompanied by Asian inspired cocktails and spirits. The place where international and local meet each other in a laidback but vibrant atmosphere. The dishes are served according to the shared dining principle, meant to be shared with one another and invite you for conversations about new textures and inspiring flavors. Our vision: Try at least one dish that you never had before.
At the heart of the concept stands international hospitality entrepreneur Yossi Eliyahoo, known for Amsterdam restaurants/ bars MOMO, The Duchess and Mr Porter and now international concepts The Butcher (Amsterdam & Berlin ) and IZAKAYA (Amsterdam, Hamburg, Munich & Ibiza). Executive Chef Hariprasad Shetty, known from the Michelin star restaurant ‘Nobu’ in London, is responsible for the composition of the qualitative menu. The design is simple and authentic, which creates a stylish and lively atmosphere that fits the needs of a cosmopolitan city.
IZAKAYA will open his doors in 2017 and is now looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is creating the unexpected, original guest experiences. IZAKAYA will be part of the new luxury Sir Joan Hotel which is situated in the centre of Ibiza city, on walking distance from the nautical sporting clubs Ibiza La Nueva and Marina Botafoch.
