Reporting Directly to the CEO in Spain with strong functional links with the International Sales Leaders, You have 3 mains missions
- New Business Development
key part of this job description, is to develop a robust pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company's competitors.
- Closing Deals
Win new clients by providing winning CRM Outsourcing solutions with a primary focus on the EMEA Market -approximately 30 to 50% travel in Spain.
- Building a winning Sales & Marketing team
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading a team of 4 high value-added sales professionals , 3 Sales support & Marketing team
- Maximizing your sales teams' effort by coaching, training, and managing each of the Account Executives
- Providing onsite and virtual support to your team's sales efforts (New Biz Dev)
- As a member of senior leadership team ensuring seamless teamwork with the Service and other departments to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Cultivating and leveraging customer relationships at the executive level
- Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
- Deploying resources to meet financial / operating objectives including pipeline, carry over, revenue and contribution margin
- Guiding organization wide efforts in driving market penetration in the verticals offering the best opportunities
- Collaborating with Sales Partners to identify, develop, accelerate, up-sell, and close transactions- This includes the International Sales Team Ibero LATAM & EMEA
- Working with the national and international leadership team to create strategies and processes for driving new business across product lines
- Supporting specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities
