IZAKAYA is now recruiting full-time: Cocktail Waiter | Waitress Job description: The Cocktail Waiter | Waitress ensures all guests are served drinks or food within the bar in a friendly and efficient manner in accordance with company standards. You welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, professional and sincere manner and ensure all guests approaching the Bar counter are acknowledged and served. You ensure that the Bar area is prepared correctly for service. The Cocktailwaiter/ Cocktailwaitress has a complete knowledge of F&B service techniques, all menus, drinks lists and specialties offered in the Bar and served to the correct standards.
