- Front-end expert (materials, customers, prices / discounts, sales deal) - Assist with documenting business requirements - Assist with developing business test scenarios - Assist testers with questions and training issues and answer any SAP functionality questions - Serve as liaison between testers and IT—identifying the issues and determining the IT problem that is causing the issue and working with IT to resolve - Work with IT to develop and test system enhancements needed for implementation - Work with data team to resolve data issues – assist in identifying the cause of the omitted data and determining if it is an indication of a larger problem - Work with testers to translate terms and functions in their legacy system to the corresponding field and/or function in the SAP system - Work with EDI team to have orders dropped into test environment and identify and resolve issues
