They will be integrated into a specific ongoing training plan in Contract Management and assigned to international projects. Position Responsibilities: Participate in the life cycle of contracts from the detection of opportunity, negotiating, signing, management and acceptance and closing. Identify and analyze risks in the bidding for new international projects. Participate actively in the negotiation of contract terms with customers, partners and international suppliers. Develop risk reports for different types of contracts. Actively participate in the analysis of the risks of new international contracts. Assist the Senior Contract Manager in the interpretation and application of contractual terms, claims and control the project change orders. Identify and analyze opportunities and risks in contract management proposed in each case, action plans to carry out. Identify opportunities for improvement in international contracts whose request to participate. Preparation and submission of claims arising from international contracts
