Tasks:
• organizing a branch – setting up a sales office in Spain
• managing of the Spanish branch / sales office of the company - with a direct responsibility for the area of a commercial organization - in particular sales and marketing
• developing strategies for commercial activities of the Spanish branch of the company (in close cooperation with the top management of the company located in Poland ) in the definition of strategies to potential clients
• direct supervision over the Sales Managers and / or Sales Agents
• supervision over area marketing sales support,
• execution of strategy of the commercial activities,
• responsibility for shaping, modifying and improving the sales process and customer service,
• representing the company during presentations / discussions / negotiations with key customers
• representing the company at trade fairs, conferences
• close cooperation with the management of the company
