As Customer Claims Manager, you will manage processing and resolving claims and complaints received by the Customer Service Department via friendly settlement or legal processes. You will manage claims with travel insurance companies as well as negotiate and contract policies with them. Further, you will manage the 24h Travel Helpdesk.
You will operate as a legal representative function in coordination with the corporate legal department.
You will drive commercial activities to increase loyalty and recovery of lost customers.
Ultimately, you`ll manage external legal advisors and provide to management legal advice related to contracts, agreements and legal regulation in coordination with external legal advisors.
