Your main tasks:
Provide excellent customer service for online and offline customers across the country
Maintaining website, online shop and business information system
Order monitoring, corrections, payment control, delivery approval and shipping follow-up as well as problem solving
Rough / detailed sales report, sales report per product and per consultant
Bonus data management, payment monitoring, issue management
Registration documentation and data control, corrections
Update the branches' social network accounts, providing diverse and up-to-date content
Provide constant information and answers to DS using all available on- & offline channels on: business subjects, compensation plans, products, trainings & events, SIP and other initiatives, general news
Planning, organization, realization of meetings, trainings, and DS travel
New product launch and update support with label and material translations, compliance and other research support, labeling
Communication and implementation of pricing updates
Filling in for colleagues during absence.
