Tasks requested:
- Customer support, technical proposals to meet their needs and demands with a marked commercial profile.
- Maintain a continuous flow of customer information via visits,telephone or e-mail, to understand their level of satisfaction, and their future requirements.
- Ensure product quality and customer service through the Quality Director and the whole organisation.
- Actively participate in product development required by the client,fully understanding their requirements and applications.
- Full technical support to the "Customer Team".
