As a Customer Service Team Leader, your objective will be to motivate and lead the Customer Service Team.
Your main responsibilities:
-Lead your team of around 10 international agents
-Coach and support your team.
-Resolve escalated guest queries effectively;
-Identify, assess, and resolve performance issues with team members;
-Effectively manage conflicts and change with positive results;
-Analyze, plan, organize, control and troubleshoot work activities and processes.
