As Customer Solutions Agent, your responsibilities include: - Answering questions over the phone or by e-mail from your different customers all around the world - Providing your customers with information and making sure their credit/debit cards are being blocked - Giving advice and providing your customers with solutions - Maintaining a good relationship with your customers - Making sure that the all the questions and incidents are solved and documented
