We are looking for a person to join our Client Success team. These will be your responsibilities and tasks: - Contact and follow up with clients to set up, onboard and follow up on their accounts. - Communication and close contact with sales department to coordinate the success of new clients - Research and analysis of new markets - Results monitoring and ongoing relationship with clients - Receive and process client feedback to improve the product We are looking for: - Experience in working with clients in the hospitality / accommodation industry. - Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are a must. French or/and Portuguese will be an advantage. - Experience with software/consulting in the tourism industry is a great asset. - Self-starter, able to set goals
